Each time I get burgers from Roxie
I must admit it f***ing shocks me
    It's so f***ing big
That I feel like a pig
So in future I'll eat them by proxy.

Holy fucking sh*t. I wish I would have looked properly at the pictures, and will probably study the menu and reviews and history of this place next time, because I went in and ordered what I was told to order by the internet without actually looking up what it was. I asked for Mr Goodburger. He made me one, and price-wise it was very affordable. Only $8. But that's where the affordability ended.

Because this thing literally could have been for four or five different people and it still would have been too much food. Imagine a burger with two incredibly big patties and what seems like an entire pig's worth of bacon and pork scratchings added to the sandwich along with a ton of lettuce and pickles and all the sauces you can imagine slapped on there with a bunch of other stuff.

And probably every basic style cheese you can imagine. So it's definitely the biggest burger I've ever had.

It's also the best value Burger I've ever had. And while some of it was a little bit dry and some of the tastes were not my favorite and while the burger itself could have been more seasoned, I did eat quite a lot of it. I was taking off the different bacon parts and the scratchings and I was chowing down on the burger meat itself drenched in all the different sauces.

So my conclusion is that it's actually a really good burger - it's just a bigger than it is tasty but it still has plenty going on in the taste department, and you should give it a try it so you can judge it for yourself. Much like me, as a lover. I'm available later.

And note that the chef is very matter-of-fact and abrupt and gets upset sometimes. The girl behind the counter on the other hand was extremely friendly and welcoming and even teased me about not being able to eat the whole Burger, telling me that I would fall asleep from a food coma which I did not - but then again I probably didn't even eat half of this thing.

Now here's something else you won't be able to eat half of. I call it my spicy British sausage.

I don't live off big burgers, mostly
They make me fatter than I'm 'posed to be
But when I'm in big ol' Memphis
Of which "big" is the emphasis
The burgers are great at Roxie's Grocery!

This is some really good over sized sloppy yummy food. It's so yum like it will last I a 12 hour work shift . I live in Germantown and this is a hole is the wall delicacy. Like the food is made to order and good seasoned employees make it. Like your food simply will not be nasty unless u came here to intentionally bash a restaurant or just a pest to society naturally.

I got the goodburger. This man handed me a spaceship in aluminum foil... I was like really?!? Portion size is out this world. Plus-Size like I like. Don't know how I even ordered. I followed the smell of the food. Found the chef which is in the middle of the convenience store just cooking up. He asked what I wanted and made it happen.

You grab and go here. Definitely a hole in the wall. I'm a stickler on cleanliness, so I must say looks can be deceiving, I personally watched the chef change gloves each time after touching raw meat, and everything seemed to have this chaotic order.

Good food. Price was a little high for me. Combo is just adding chips and a drink from the convenience store shelves. I'll definitely go back.

Get your food and roll out...
